When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

We will gladly issue a refund or accept a return if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive an item or flavor that was not part of your original order

In such cases, it is important that the issue be reported immediately upon delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If a delivery requires a signature, please verify the contents before signing for the package. Once the order has been accepted and signed for, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

For Unattended Deliveries

If your order is delivered without your presence and you encounter an issue upon opening the package, please contact us promptly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.
